Arizona Breast Implants is a search term that gets approximately zero searches per day on each of the major search engines. Today, a message came in from someone who hoped to be able to help this Phoenix Plastic Surgery site rank better for the search term Arizona Breast Implants. They proposed a very suspicious method of doing this that included a network of thousands of websites and a private linking scheme using paid one way links. Those are techniques which the search engines frown upon and for which penalties can be imposed. Google’s Webmaster Guidelines specifically state that it is a violation of their Quality guidelines which include this sentence … “Don’t participate in link schemes designed to increase your site’s ranking or PageRank.” and go further to say:

Examples of link schemes can include:

  • Links intended to manipulate PageRank
  • Links to web spammers or bad neighborhoods on the web
  • Excessive reciprocal links or excessive link exchanging (”Link to me and I’ll link to you.”)
  • Buying or selling links that pass PageRank

It appears that the company site has no Google PR and zero links showing in Google’s index.

That company proposed to get the site well ranked for Arizona Breast Implants and indicated that the site was on page 4 of Google for that search term.

There really are not a lot of searches for that term so it is probably more useful to concentrate more on the search term Phoenix Breast Implants which gets about 30 searches a day and Breast Implants which gets about 1400 searches a day.

Arizona Breast Implants and Scottsdale Breast Implants both get approximately zero searches per day so they really don’t help people searching for a plastic surgeon to find the site.
